Code of Conduct for Suppliers

KMW Inc. establishes a Code of Conduct for suppliers and applies it to all trading supplier.
So KMW Inc. hopes suppliers will fulfill ethical management and social responsibility of business.

Labor and Human Rights	Suppliers must uphold the human rights of workers, and treat them with dignity and respect as understood by the international community. ㆍ Freely Chosen Employment, Young Workers, Humane Treatment, etc.
Health and Safety	Suppliers must ensure the safety and health of workers in all activities in the workplace. ㆍ Occupational Safety, Emergency Preparedness, etc.
Environment	Suppliers shall control all of the environmental pollutants derived from its business activities, and use its best efforts to reduce its environmental impact. ㆍ Environmental Permits and Reporting, Hazardous Substances, etc.
Ethics	Suppliers and their agents are to uphold the highest standards of ethics. ㆍ Business Integrity, No Improper Advantage, Fair Business, etc.
Management System	Suppliers shall establish a management system in order to comply with the EICC Code of Conduct. ㆍ Management's Duty and Responsibility, Supply Chain Participation and Responsibility, etc.
